allow configuration of the collector we report to

The plugin should allow the user to select the reporter that is used, in some sort of preferences pane.

It should default to something reasonable, though, so that it is usable out of the box.

Perhaps we could have an Options page to allow configuration of all these options (fuzzing, collector to use). Let me know what you think.
