leave room for comment field

Sometimes we may want to add some comment to the source code of the keyboard layout files (some formats, such as `klc` and `pkl`, allow it), but they cannot be generated from the `json` source file. This is a request for an improvement, in the form of a `comment` field that may be added precisely as a comment into the generated keyboard layouts.
