Suggestion: History tab #79
Description
I know we are not expecting to have a lot of disputes as Celeste is being launched, but as we grow it may become used quite a bit, as a result, I think it would be a good idea to have a "History" tab in the navigation bar in order to see the recent actions that have been taken on the platform, ie if a recent dispute went a particular way, or even if a dispute went by without being voted on. Currently, the "Tasks" tab only shows active Disputes and once they are resolved they disappear, It would be awesome to be able to look at some historic information about past disputes. This would begin to create a bit of a "case history" or a way by which to look up previous precedence being set.
