Why need minimum PHP 8.2 ?

The FFI is available from PHP 7.4.

I was looking for a lot of time for a Webview to use with Workerman, wihout need to compile first.
Later I'll try to add an example.

Yes, you are right. ffi is available from PHP 7.4. php-webview doesn't support 7.4 because syntax is >=8, enums, constructor properties, match etc. When i have a free time, i may change to support php 7.4.

I will keep open this issue till i will decide.

It's only necessary minimum PHP 8.0.
