VxPrint: printer management features (parent issue) #7514
Description
We'd like to make it easy for users to know when the printer is:
- not connected
- low on toner
- out of paper
- stopped for some other reason (e.g. jam)
Since the printer is so essential to VxPrint, we'd like to
- indicate it's status in the top bar, possibly with some expandable status message
- alert the user when an issue comes up, with a pop-up
