VxPollBook: clearly indicate new registrations in UI #7500
Description
This applies to various places:
- search list (both PW and EM)
- voter information pane (in the check-in page for PW and the check-in page for EM)
Because in NH, people must re-register when they move wards, those movers will end up with two matching records on scan or search - the old one and the new one. Having some indicator will help differentiate them quickly.
