Use YOLO to detect a poster.

**Description of task:** 
Train a NN using pictures of a poster, and do feature detection. 
Try to use either Pytorch or Tensor flow, and see if you can get it integrated with ROS.

If all else fails. Use Darknet and the previous version of Yolo used by Perception team.
