add an optional section for advnaced audio setup

please elaborate on how to setup audio for the best quality, the basic configurations of alsa and pulseaudio produces very poor audio quality;

for example i use a lenovo thinkpad x1 laptop and the audio quality sucks compared to how good it can sound like on windows

in the screenshot you can see plasma desktop don't even have an equalizer, how can i even begin to improve sound with this?

I'm not very knowledgeable about audio in general and have always used the default settings.
And I assume you understand audio much better than I do.
