Multi producer, single consumer that read all topics

Is it possible to use multi producer put messages in multiple topics, only single consumer that read all topics in this plugin? E.g. set * wild card as topic name in consumer?

Any idea?

Hello

Yes, its possible to use multiple producer, you need multiple config element created with different variable name.

If your idea is to post messages to multiple topics for the same kakfa cluster - then, you don't need multiple config element, just change the topic name in the producer sampler, it should work

And wildcards are not supported in this plugin and it is not a ideal scenario in a realword to use wildcards to publish message to topic(s)

@rollno748 actually need “consumer” use wild card to get messages from all topics, not publish messages!

Again, wildcard is not supported in this plugin.

You cannot create multiple consumer using this plugin as it has known limitation.
I will add a handler to manage multiple topics on consumer element
