Error trying invoke business network #61

Hello,
Please excuse my newness, I have created the environment based on the ZeroToBlockchain tutorial successfully. Unfortunately, I ran into the following error when I am attempting to invoke the API for chapter 4:

I went through all the chapters and I am getting the UI successfully as per the tutorials, but when I am trying to invoke from external system, I am getting this error.
Any idea on things I can try on my end to resolve this issue?
