A successful prestige first drops my prestige?

This is weird. The Americans did the first satellite launch, but I managed the first Manned Suborbital. It got all successful rolls too, but then said I got -7 prestige, as if I'd had a nonfatal accident on the mission.

Not only did I not suffer a failure on the mission, the capsule still holds an Avoid Fail card.

I have a save game for it if anyone wants to see it. When I rerun the mission, the same thing happens.

And not only does it dock your prestige for succeeding, it doesn't give you credit for accomplishing the milestone. This is the turn after flying that successful Suborbital.

I've marked this as High Priority because, with the game not giving credit for accomplishing prestige firsts, it's not really playable.

I think this only applies to manned missions, incidentally - I get credit for flying Orbital Satellite.

It looks like this affects the AI as well. I haven't seen the computer fly a first manned mission for turns and turns.
