[BUG] feedly opml not imported #20

Describe the bug
unable to import feedly opml
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Download feedly opml
- open neix for importing "neix -i feedly_file.opml"
- nothing happened
[neix] 0 feed(s) was imported
Expected behavior
Neix should import all feeds from opml file.

- OS: Arch
- Version 0.1.3
