Trying to open the journal page, despite the journal page being disabled in settings. And causes repeated redirects.

I have disabled the journal page feature and set a default homepage.
However, the program repeatedly attempts to open the journal page upon startup, causing multiple redirects.
It has been confirmed that disabling 'Tabs' restores normal functionality.
