[Before CrownNG] Drive buttons should be removed

Describe the bug
There are "Drive" buttons in two places:

• On the top navbar, that now takes the user to its NextCloud space (now deprecated in favour of NFS personal drives, actually introduced in January 2023 -- almost 3 years ago! -- in NFS personal storage #826 and Remove nextcloud #833)
• On the three dots submenu on each instance, that now does nothing (and I don't know if it has ever been useful)

Expected behavior
The buttons should be disabled with a "Coming soon" tooltip, or they should be commented out until the functionality will be restored.
