Continuous bouncing in artwork menu on swiping up

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Artwork menu on manga page
2. Swipe up fast

Expected behavior

Do one bounce to indicate there is nothing to scroll

Actual behavior

Continuously bounces up and down forever

Also, being more specific it happens after the artwork has loaded not before.
