Homology Generators Incorrect

Something is incorrect in the way the transfer algorithm is interfacing with CHomP. Could be the incidence matrices are not up to spec or an additional parameter that needs to be use. This needs to be corrected before automation will work.

In the meantime, I have provided a simple means for including homology groups manually, instead of relying on CHomP.
