URL and failed deployment

Firstly, the url seems to now be required to be URL encoded, and secondly, I got this error when trying the click button deploy:

> We couldn't deploy your app because the source code violates the Salesforce Acceptable Use and External-Facing Services Policy.

Which is quite vague…
