Use URL scheme for Apple Maps

Not sure if this would be preferable or not, but it's possible and looks to support everything necessary.

Upside would be to have everything consistent. But it looks like it still isn't possible to detect an "uninstalled" Maps.app 😕 But that problem already exists, see #3
