Filter by failed #1509

Among the filters I'd like to have one that filters title that failed to update (once? Or for a period of time?) so that they can be selected and mass migrated.
Often some site removes a bunch of titles or they just have issues. I recently had about 60 failing but it's really annoying tracking them down. It's not the first time and I wouldn't want to repeat it again nor I do wish for other people to.
