Title of book as "Playing" status in Discord #1494

So one thing that is possible with Discord is where you can put Playing and then the name of the exact thing you are viewing, for example with Premid on Plex, you can have your status as "Watching Better Call Saul" and it will adapt to each thing you are looking at. Right now, it says Playing TachiyomiSY then it says your book in the details. I would love for a feature where it would update to, lets say, "Playing Chainsaw Man" instead of TachiyomiSY, and then maybe Tachiyomi SY could be in the details so people who click it can see what it is or something. Would be a nice feature!
