Auto scroll with better controls as an Improvement #1492

So the current auto scroll feature have to be start with a button and some number to decide the speed of auto scroll.
I'm suggesting some improvements for the auto scroll:
- Pause: when auto scroll is on by touching the screen I should be able to play and pause the auto scroll. Single tap/touch to Pause and do again to play.
- Go Back To Last Page: by using two touch fingers I should be able to slide back to last page without even stopping the auto scroll.
- Auto scroll Speed: using single touch slide up or down I should be able to control the scrolling speed.
Inshort:
- Play/Pause
- Free sliding of pages without stopping Auto scroll
- Scrolling Speed
(Basically these features are already available in an ebook reader app Moon+ Reader, I'm downloading CBZ files with TachiyomiSY and reading on moon reader because of it's better auto scroll controls. It will be really helpful if TachiyomiSY have those features too)
