resumable downloads and/or retrying

when downloading the model i often get an error such as `I/flutter (30539): Error: HttpException: Connection closed while receiving data, uri = https://cas-bridge.xethub.hf.co/xet-bridge-us/6866aa26a7ad8b40b2232810/c357da56dfdc29b0ea1f244125ec93310e9656d7972fe6a73bb4152a18f9e03f(...)`
it would therefore be nice if the SDK had support for resuming downloads (and/or retrying automatically)
