How can i watch the hls stream after starting stream in my project?

I am starting a broadcast from the mentioned ffmpeg command and I can watch the video in VLC player by rtmp but how can I watch this by hls in a browser,
in a case I can watch but the same command I have used in the node code for starting the stream so I is running slowly and causing pixels issues and increasing delay sometimes.
