Support events in addition to comments #1
Description
Right now, the Zendesk detailed ticket route returns comments per the default Zendesk web UI "Show comments only" view. Requirement is to also support the events view, e.g. Zendesk web UI "Show all events" view.
Support:
- last, last X, all comments
- last, last X, all events
