Downgrade min SDK to 21 #1

Hello! Thank you for developing such a amazing library! I found that this project's min SDK is 26, which is a little higher. So I tried to downgrade it to 21, and there is no compiler error. And I glance through the code, finding no usage requires API 26.Is there any significant reason to use min SDK 26?
The compose-bom stop supporting API 21 since 2025.08.00. If you need to update it, you can also use min SDK 23.
