Accsoon Cineview - restreamer unable to stream

HI. I have set up a restremer and it works flawlessly with a hardwired cable between a Canon XF605 and ZowieTek encoder. however if i removed the cable and change it for an Accsoon remote HDMI TX and RX i cannot get a connection despite the sender connecting - RS errors with "The source doesn't provide any video streams. Please check the device" - Or so it was - after replacing the cable again with Accsoon - its now working??? - ill do some more tests - it literally started working as i typed this...
