[EPIC] - Organization offboarding #1685
Description
Description
An Organization may become orphaned or no longer requires to use Greenhouse for their operations. In this case there should be automation that helps clear up the Organization namespace and all of it's resources.
Objectives
- upon deletion an Organization and all it's resources are removed
- little to no manual intervetion required to delete an Organization
Acceptance Criteria
- Deleting an Organization leaves no resources behind
- Clusters are properly offboarded
- Resources are deleted in a orderly fashion
- e2e scenarion for Organization lifecycle

Additioinal Notes
Current limitations:
- Organization is deleted without waiting for namespace and resources to be cleaned up
- Manual deletion of resources required for deletion of namespace
