The Source image 463637877380.dkr.ecr.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/xebia/cfn-ses-provider:1.0.0 doesn't seem to be valid.
Please help.

The source image is correct. Although publicly accessible, AWS does require you to authenticate to pull it. Did you configure the Docker credential helper for the registry?
