Source image is not valid

Having issues upgrading to the new version

I've raised a similar issue on the ses-provider package binxio/cfn-ses-provider#27

I'm trying to use the new version with image sourced from ECR. I get the following trying to deploy via CloudFormation:

Source image 463637877380.dkr.ecr.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/xebia/cfn-certificate-provider:2.0.0 is not valid. Provide a valid source image.

The error isn't very useful I know. I am on eu-west-1 think it might a be region issue, any ideas?
