Syntax error in yum command

When attempting to integrate CodeGuru Security with my bitbucket pipeline, and using the supplied code in step 2 at https://us-east-1.console.aws.amazon.com/codeguru/security/integrations/bitbucket?region=us-east-1, I get the error below in that step of the pipeline (the carat is pointing at the comma):

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

I was able to get the yum wrapper working by running these two commands in the container:

sed -i '1s/python/python2/' /usr/bin/yum

sed -i '1s/python/python2/' /usr/libexec/urlgrabber-ext-down
