Update email address in the Lokole new registered users welcome message

@ascoderu/lokole-dev Is there someone interested to change the email address from info@ascodru.ca to lokole.help@gmail.com in the welcome message sent to the new registered users into the Lokole email system.

The right way to fix it is this:

1. Update the email address here on Github:

   lokole/opwen_email_client/webapp/actions.py

   Line 142 in 753c0e4

   'from': 'info@team.lokole.ca',

2. Draft a new release version 0.8.1 https://github.com/ascoderu/lokole/releases
3. Wait for the build to update the version on PyPI to 0.8.1 which will happen automatically https://pypi.org/project/opwen-email-client/
4. Update the Lokole code on the Pi with ~/lokole/venv/bin/pip install -U open-email-client
