Add feature to prepend a HTTP-Header on calendar output. #59
Description
ASCIII should have an option to prepend a minimal ( and valid?) HTTP-Header, allowing to run asciii calender --http as socket-activated systemd-service. I can provide the required systemd unit files (.socket) and (.service).
