Improve monthly report feature

Monthly reports need some more attention:

• the UI should explain, what exactly a monthly report is, so that users will know, what they opt in for
• The reports are actually rather bare. A TODO in the code explains what data should be additionally included in the report
• Add documentation for the deployment (i.e., that the server needs a cronjob and secrets for this)
