Inconsistencies between rule titles, when conditionals and tags #115
Description
Describe the Issue
Some tasks do not have the same rule number in the title, when conditional and tags, or they miss keyword like PATCH from the title.
Expected Behavior
The same rule number should be present in all three categories and all keyword should be present!
Actual Behavior
Some rules present inconsistencies!
