Describe your suggested feature
I am aware that Aniyomi itself has nothing to do with extension repos and this is not really related to that, it just would cosmetically help users keep track of what is probably broken. I tend to use Aniyomi in waves and can never remember what extensions I was waiting to get fixed and which were even broken. I think it would be helpful to be able to easily mark extensions as broken or unstable.
The idea is that when something like a playback error pops up (maybe with a different pop-up) it asks the user if they want to mark that extension. Eg:
Error: Video list is empty
Would you like to mark this extension?
Broken Unstable No thanks
I'm obviously not sure that exact flow is best, but that should illustrate the idea. Having like an icon after you mark it would be nice but honestly just changing the name or putting in a category to mark it is fine. anyway to better keep track of what extensions are broken as a user is ideal.
Again this would not actually do anything like reporting the extension or anything, it would just be a visual change for the user to help them identify faulty extensions that may have broken.
