Rank drop down menu doesn't appear on mobile #64
Description
When casting a vote for a poll from a mobile device (personally tested using Chrome on Android) the drop down for rank doesn't pop up when tapped, you can only arrange items using drag and drop.
As a consequence, it's very difficult to mark choices as a tie, since the alternate "make tie" button only works if multiple options have been shift-selected, which isn't possible without a shift key. It's technically possible to make ties, but only if you strategically move items around to not invalidate the initial tied-for-last state the items start in.
