Empty x-data will thrown a warning in CSP Build

With Alpine.js's Content Security Policy (CSP) build, you will always encounter a warning in the browser's developer console when using an empty x-data attribute.

This warning indicates an the function is undefined.

This complicates the use of Alpine.js plugins that rely on x-data for initialization, even when no initial data is needed.
Without workarounds, these plugins are difficult to implement.
