thisClickOnStreamObject called constantlty

I was doing some debugging and added a console.log to the top of thisClickOnStreamObject(clickObj) in skin.js.

On monitor view it is getting called every time I mouse over something.

This is currently fine, as thisClickOnStreamObject(clickObj) is used not only for clicks but also for mouse movement. We check whether we're on a stream object or not.
A listener is set for any mouse movement. And within this listener, we analyze the cursor's position.
The thisClickOnStreamObject(clickObj) function itself isn't expensive in terms of performance.
Setting up multiple listeners for mouse movement will also impact performance.

Frequent calls are associated with the call to "manageVisibilityVideoPlayerControlPanel(evt, action)".
That is, "manageVisibilityVideoPlayerControlPanel(evt, action)" checks the mouse cursor's position, and if it's on a stream object, then the more expensive code from "manageVisibilityVideoPlayerControlPanel(evt, action)" is executed.
You can avoid executing "thisClickOnStreamObject(clickObj)" from "manageVisibilityVideoPlayerControlPanel(evt, action)", but then the code from "thisClickOnStreamObject(clickObj)" will execute much more frequently, which is more expensive.
