Look up a manga with a source URL #1709

It would be really nice if we could input a URL leading to a series page for some supported site and pull up that manga directly without having to fight the in-app search system.
In Tachiyomi/Mihon on android, source URLs are registered to "open with" the app if the extension for that website is installed. Extension search functions are of varying quality, but the actual website searches are normally pretty solid, so this is often a good way of getting some specific manga into the app.
PS: my workflow is to use Komikku on my phone, find an interesting manga, then send it over to Suwayomi and migrate the manga on Kommikku from whatever source to Suwayomi. Anything to make this less painful is ideal. I mostly use Suwayomi as a database of past manga to keep a smaller library on my phone.
