MinkowskiEngine to WarpConvNet Migration #624

Hello everyone,
I'm the author of this repo and as everyone is very well aware of, the repo has not been and will not be maintained. The fact that I'm writing an issue, not making an edit is another way to see how things will be going :(
However, there is a new alternative that I have been working on: WarpConvNet
The new project, WarpConvNet, is an extremely fast alternative for MinkowskiEngine and here's a quick example that shows how you could use MinkUNet in ScanNet training: examples/scannet.py and examples/mink_unet.py.
Please feel free to give it a shot!
