feed/update errors #1713

Brief summary
feed still not updating. issues was present in 9.2 & 9.3 as well. previous tickets closed for clarity as issue has no update or even acknowledgement. this is getting incredibly frustrating. hentaiman6969's new source gets added but an app breaking error for multiple people with multiple bug reports is ignored. please love your users
Steps to reproduce
1 open app
2 go to feed
3 attempt update either via 3 dot menu or pull down refresh
4 wait till process completes
5 nothing updates
6 open in app settings> checking for new chapters> debug log
7 check to see if process ran
8 shows library partial refreshed before ending process
9 open comic in debug screen
10 comics are updating at source but not device
