F-Droid 9.3 build missing/issues and I'm lost if to report here or one F-droid #1707

Brief summary
Sorry in advance, i'm using the version on F-droid and found that the version 9.3 is missing plus it had a merge request in F-droid (28383) that show a error and also its build log, then I became lost and don't know if to report here or on F-droid.
