### Notes
16-
ComicTagger is best used for "western comics". You'll need an account with [ComicVine](https://comicvine.gamespot.com/api/) or [Metron](https://metron.cloud/accounts/signup/) to use the application.

ComicTagger was originally written with Comic Vine solely in mind, it has since expanded to include a plug-in system, called talkers. There's now an ability to have many data sources, using the latest beta version and folliwng thier [installing a plugin](https://github.com/comictagger/comictagger/wiki/Installing-plugins) article and you'll find up to date data sources [here](https://github.com/comictagger/comictagger/wiki/Comic-and-Manga-Information-Sources).

18-
While ComicVine does have some manga in its database, it's nowhere as much as comics. If the series you are trying to find is not found in the database then fetching metadata from the service won't work.
