[Kavita] Support for EPUB3 Media Overlays

Idea Description

EPUB3 supports Media Overlays - sync'd audio inside the epub file akin to Audible's Whispersync. It's fairly easy to generate such epub files using Storyteller.

It'd be really cool if Kavita could support these media overlays. I expect a full audiobook player would be outside the scope of Kavita, but utilising media overlays could help with pronunciation or just provide a cool read-along experience. I'd love to see the words highlighted on screen as the audio is played.
