[Kavita] Option to deactivate "Continue Reading" for OPDS

Idea Description

It's appreciated that the Continue Reading item is placed in OPDS feeds, it's a great idea. However as it can look like things are out of order, this can confuse new users and/or visually spoil carefully ordered Reading Lists and Volumes. I think having the option to deactivate it would be nice, ideally at the All Reading Lists level AND each library level (or even by each series/volume but at least at the library level would be reasonable).

Another possible sub-feature: keep the continue reading but turn off/on the empty/half/full circle prepended to the descriptor

This is now in the nightly release (v0.8.8.5) and will be delivered in v0.8.9.
