[Kavita] Enhanced filtering

Idea Description

Currently we have two criteria for our rules: either all of them match, or just one of them. I'd like to be able to combine them. I'll give an example of what I mean.

All of them match

• Writers equal Joe
• Languages equal English

Any of them match

• Genres equal Comedy
• Genres equal Thriller

This would allow to have a smart filter that contains all of Joe's English books that are either comedy or thrillers.
