[Kavita] Feature Request: Tiled "All Libraries" View Page (similar to how Collections page works)

Idea Description

Especially for servers with lots of smaller libraries, I think it'd be really helpful to have a "Libraries" tiled view page, similar to the Collections page. These could show all of the libraries available to the current user.

This would make it a lot easier to browse, for users of servers with more than the sidebar limit, and a nicer visual scroll / scan experience.
