[Kavita] Add Header / Label for Tag and Genre Search Results Page

Idea Description

Right now, when you click on a tag or genre, either from an existing series or search result, it brings you to a page with the matching series, which is great!

It would be a nice quality of life thing if the header on the page (currently "All Series") reflected the tag or genre that was being filtered for. "Fantasy", etc.

This is a good, simple idea. I took a look and it's actually quite complex. I'll take a stab at it though.

So I was able to implement it, but I need some help with the wording. Please see the localization strings and make suggestions. I'm not happy with all of them.
