Surveys in Squest are always starting with the first value of a dropdown selected (and not empty)

Dear all,

using surveys in Squest, the user needs to fill out values on the second screen (after giving a name for the new request).

Even though there is no default value set in AWX or Squest (as far as I can see), the first value in a dropdown is already selected. Which is asking for problems, as a user could just click "Next" and the request would be created.

Is there a setting somewhere that I need to tweak to make sure that nothing is being selected?
