Option to turn Page into a TODO

I sometimes have a task related to a web page (respond to this email, Add Context to Salesforce, etc). I'd love to be able to capture the text and the URL in a TODO/LATER fashion.

Describe the solution you'd like
An alternative Keyboard shortcut or context menu for making the highlighted text into a TODO would be wonderful. Even if it's just an ability to switch between different templates.

For example: The default template is with the default shortcut of ⇧⌘U

Another template could be used for task blocks:
```TODO [{{title}}]({{url}})
{{content}}```

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
I have looked at other clippers, but I can't find the type of functionality that specifically calls for this.

The only functionality I have found that works is https://github.com/yorkxin/copy-as-markdown which allows me to make a custom template which I can paste into Logseq. This is acceptable, but I would love to see this in Logseq-copilot because 1) I don't have to do copy/paste, 2) there's a potential to show me the task when I'm on the site.
